Long wait to check in but eventually resolved.

Ideal and clean hotel with attentive staff and absolutely breathtaking views of the lake. Comfortable and handy location for enjoying restaurants and cafes just walking distance from the venue. Nearby a bus stop in the fairly quiet area. Good restaurant, for breakfast.

Tidy and soundproof rooms, thank you for wonderful stay!!!

What they won't tell you about this

The breakfast was a good array of fresh options, especially the delicious fruit selection! The view of the lake from my room was fine!

The air conditioning struggled to keep up was nice. I also faced delays during check-in which dampened the start of my trip.

money was deducted from the card upon check-in, second time you checked out.

We truly enjoyed the stay, my room was tidy and well-designed with nice view and safe, as example.

Oh man, the grilled cheese at the restaurant was next level! I can't stop raving about it. Plus, the breakfast spread kept me fueled for my adventures around Lake Geneva. The local bistro scene is also popping-check out Ciao Trattoria for some authentic bites just a hop away!

Friendliness of staff, ideal location for a stopover, quality accomodation and pleasant dining facility,

Access to the car park not clearly marked and car parking overnight charge excessive.

Staying here was a delight! We explored the nearby marina where we enjoyed gelato with our kids and took in those gorgeous lake views. The room was spacious and had a lovely ambiance.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a children's play area.

Gym was decent.

Only one of the receptionist could be considered professional. The rest were rude. For instance, too lazy to provide advice regarding parking. Underwhelmed to say the least. Easy to fix, just fire the staff and retrain a more motivated crew that enjoys being in the services business. Could be a wonderful hotel with the right service personnel.

Clean.

Wifi - was availble but only for a significant additional charge; not mentioned in marketing materials; that for me is a big no-no. There was a lot of noise from other guests late at night. I booked here whilst on a business trip; so I would not stay here again.

Couple's Delight at a Great Location

The hotel had a fantastic spot right by the lake, waking up to fine views of the mountains. The staff was super friendly and helped us figure out the best places to eat nearby

It well postioned in the heart of Ochay area in front of the port and the tourests area. Close to min-supermarket "Migros", Pharmacy, and the Metro. The area is full-access to everything in the city. You get free pass to the metro by check-in time which allow you to move around the near zones of the metro free of charge. The downtown "Flon" is few minutes by the metro, you can go there for some shoping, drinking coffee in starbuks, or for dining... The good thing about lausanne in general its the middle between Geneva and Montreux which another two good cities you can spend half day in each and back hom befoer sun-sit time.

The car parking area in the basement is very expensive 28 chf where in the one across the road is 18 chf, also there are a public parking with give you free of charge parking for free from 17:00 till the 08:00. another thing I didn't like, the internet is chargable where most of other hotels give it free as the internet become ac ommidity these day. I writing this review from another hotel in Interlaken where the Internet is free. Vbr Mohd Turki

perfect services

I like birds very much, but I had to think about their acceptance in the morning in the breakfast room. I assume this was only due to the summer time.
